 on CD by Evidence Music\n\nThroughout the 80's George was mentored and
  performed regularly with “James Moody & Lou Donaldson”. Two of th
 e greatest saxophonist in the history of Jazz. His close association w
 ith both Moody and Donaldson led to many Local & National Live Radio a
 nd Television Broadcasts as well as clubs, festivals and concert halls
 . . Johnson says, playing with Lou Donaldson is almost like singing wi
 th Charlie Parker. On Bird's classic \"Now's the time\" George and Don
 aldson sing and play together note for note without missing a beat. Sw
 inging hard!\n\nJohnson latest endeavors include skillfully writing ly
