DESCRIPTION:The Forward Jazz Collective hosts a Jazz Composer's Jam Se
 ssion the first Monday of every month at HR-57. All jazz musicians (in
 strumentalists and vocalists) and are welcome to bring a one-  to two
 -page lead sheet of their original tune and sit in. Musicians are aske
 d to bring at least five copies of their lead sheet which will be sigh
 t-read and performed with any combination of musicians sitting in and 
 members of the Collective. The FJC consists of founding members Herman
  Burney, bass; Peter Fraize, saxophone; Greg Holloway, drums; Jon Ozme
 nt, piano, and is dedicated to the idea of furthering America's unique
  musical art form through the creation and sharing of new, original co
