Tell us about yourself: As founding Executive Director of the Juneteenh Heritage & Jazz Festival, Inc., I was instrumental in music industry's creation of June as "Black Music Month". As a music promoter who as specilized in presenting jazz for more than 25 years, I have witnessed and experienced the systematic erosion and de-valueing of jazz artistry and its intellectual capacities. In as much, I have worked these many years to re-aquaint our American society to the arts values as a presevantionist and presenter.
