Keith Moore was appointed by the Governor of New Jersey and Secretary of Commerce to the position of Account Executive in 1997 to the New Jersey Commerce & Economic Growth Commission. His appointment led to a position as Director of Public Affairs and Community Relations for Prosperity New Jersey, a division of The New Jersey Commerce and Economic Growth Commission. In 2001, as CEO of KDM & Associates, LLC, the firm immediately became an effective resource for large prime contractors seeking to win awards from Governor Whitman’s 10 billion dollar school construction firm. Within eighteen months of KDM’s infancy, the firm helped The Delta Organization one of the largest minority owned construction management firms in the region win a $6 million brownfield redevelopment grant on his 300 million dollar Phoenixville French Creek Center. Soon after entering the federal market place, KDM became known among several agencies as a respected new business development consulting firm for federal contractors like RSIS, a firm KDM helped implement a marketing approach to DOE that resulted in a one billion dollar contract award for RSIS. The firm, now a former client of KDM & Associates, LLC also signed a 50 Billion dollar contract with GSA Alliant before selling the firm in 2007. KDM’s website
www.kdm-assoc.com reflects a vibrant degree of consulting success and in April 2007, KDM launched KDM International a global operation starting business development in Johannesburg South Africa. Most recently KDM helped one of its environmental remediation clients win along with its prime contractor partner an FAA DIQ valued at 2 Billion dollars along with approximately 240 other awardees.

Keith Moore recognized the vision of President Barack Obama on the first day of his Presidency when Barack Obama declared that he wanted government to become more open, collaborative and participatory. As a 1999 recipient of the Martin Luther King Jr Community Service of the Year award, Keith recognized that this vision of an open government could revolutionize the way government interfaces with the nation and given the right attention could give small and minority businesses the best chance to engage successfully in the government contracting arena. Hence; Keith Moore founded on December 30, 2009 Open Government TV, LLC and has been following, promoting, and advancing Open Government since its inception. Open Government TV is currently looking to hire 100 people, and has open internship position seeking the best and the brightest to help the firm engage large business, educate small business, and empower both the public and private sector on creating a sustainable open government designed to create jobs and bring our nation back to full employment.
