I played with John Malachi and George V. Johnson Jr. in the late 70's in Washington D.C., also played with other Washington musicians: Mark Cohen, Dave Kane, Lisa Rich..and many more. I moved back home to Guam and became a band director in a middle school for over 25 years. I am now retired but still continue to instruct music privately and perform on occasions.
Hey Carlos! Great to hear from you. Glad things there are good. We had about 20" of snow over the weekend - lots of gigs cancelled.
I've been blessed to live here - the talent pool is huge, and NY is only 3-4 hours away. I've got some original projects, been doing some recording, and work fairly consistently, generally doing jazz or related gigs. There are some videos up on my page here. I'll check yours out in a minute.
