Have you been feeling sluggish lately?

Do you have aches, pains, stiff joints, digestive problems? Have you been eating "fast foods" too often because you just don't have the time to prepare those foods you know are good for you? Does a busy schedule have you stressed out or caused you to pick-up a few extra pounds? Remember all those celebrations, holiday meals, banquets, weekend parties that you've attended over the years? And we always eat or drink things that are NOT good for us.

Well, this along with environmental pollutants has caused toxins to compile, that are now laying dormant in your system, and that may well be causing you a host of ailments.

RUSSELL HARRISON

The founder for the Russell Herbals Company is Russell Harrison. This Master Wholistic Healer and Herbalist and has also been trained in Iridology and Acupuncture. Russell has been practicing and continually training in his artful field of combined alternative health care for the past twenty-five plus years.

Russell was born in August of 1949 in Harlem N.Y. the 4th of six children. As a young boy Russell showed his entrepreneurial side by expanding a simple stocking job in a local market into a delivery service to senior tenets in the area. Russell recalls making deliveries for some of the more well known residents in the neighborhood such as Nipsey Russell and Ruth Brown. Even at this early age Russell started making the connection between the different diets of these seniors and the "good" or "bad" health that went along with their eating habits.

Testimonials about the Russell Herbals Company

I am a 57 year old athlete that has gotten beaten down worst than Ali beat Frazier but because of Russell I'm still in life's game. I play tennis three to four times a week and golf as much as I can. Most of the men I know younger or older very seldom can compete with me in racket ball because I still maintain a bit of quickness that I have always been known for. I am an entreprenuer type and make a living creating something from nothing and I have to be clear and confident which I am able to do because of the products that Russell has created over the years. I have learned more about me from Russell than I did at the University of Nebraska where I earned two degrees. I take pride in telling (teaching) people about Russell's products because they work. From the Colon Cleanse to the sexual enhancement products. You have confidence in life because you can be confident that his herbal products are making you better each and every day. The only people we knew that had problems with Russell Herbal products are the people that don't take them. He has restored my faith with the confidence to face on a day to day basis knowing. I am going to have the energy to complete my task as vigorously twenty years from now, as competently as I did twenty years ago, and maybe better."

I'm not afraid of getting older. I'm excited about getting better"

When Russell was thirteen and in the 8th grade his family decided to move to Omaha, Nebraska; needless to say this must have been a great shock to Russell. This would turn out to be the beginning of a very important chapter in Russell's life. "I noticed the stillness of every day life - my clothes where so different - the streets where unpaved, what a shift in reality", were some of Russell's first thoughts when he arrived in Omaha. "I had to do something to fight off the bordom, so I started participating in sports as much as I could". When Russell started in sports he took to it like he dose with most things, by putting all his heart and mind fully into it. At the age of fifteen Russell captured the 1964 National AAU Junior Olympic 100 yard dash record and held it until the event was changed to the 100 meter dash. At football Russell was just as naturally prolific. In his first game on his first carry he made an 80 yard rushing play resulting in a touchdown. Russell was highly recruited city wide by high schools and he eventually attended Omaha Technical High School based on the compassion for players and the game he felt in the Head Coach. His choice paid off, Russell was All-State and All-American (HM) in football and continued to perform very well in track and field, collecting on average 6 medals per tract meet.

When he was drafted by the Los Angeles Rams in 1971.During his first year . he showed all of his abilities and was shown the ropes of professional football by all-pro cornerback Kermit Alexander. Other players were extremely helpful throughout were Deacon Jones, Merlin Olsen ,Coy Bacon, who also helped to keep a young player's head on straight. As life's ups and downs go, Russell suffered a severe knee injury that all thought would end his career, but he returned the second year only to find disappointments with salary and so he decided to go to TORONTO in the canadian football leaugue only to blow his other knee out. THUS is the beginning of his self examinating goals to find out the truth behind health and diet. Russell's search continues even today as his is always consumed with reading important health issues and sharing as much of this information with his clients.

COLTRANE’S classic “Moments Notice” is a complete gas! Sanders like Coltrane, pulls and holds attention with his entrances. Bobby Hutcherson’s and Hicks solo’s are heated and models of vivid imagination. The three put forth some of the very best solo’s in the entire album. The there’s the arresting new talent introduced here on compact disc in debute -

GEORGE V JOHNSON JR., whose marvelous lyrics and viocal work are truly auspicous! He sngs with James Moody on occassion and is happily remindflul of the insistent giftness of the late EDDIE JEFFERSON. Johnson’s three stanzars close with ”Relax dig the sounds of Coltrane’s Music. Coltrane fills your heart with love and harmony. Trane played with magic. Listen to the melodies and you will see momently. When you here the message of his song!”. There’s no doubt in my mind that henceforth George V Johnson sholuld and will be sought for his own gift to the music. He sang the song for Sanders at the Village Vanguard, and Sanders “felt that George ought to be heard”.
